These observing lists are created by Alan Sheidler using a custom built excel spreadsheet that he has been tweaking and managing for years. The observing lists themselves correspond to the Popular Astronomy Club’s public observing sessions at Niabi Zoo. These lists however will work on their dates and times from anywhere within the Quad Cities and surrounding areas. At a minimum the lists represent a good set of targets for astronomers looking at a particular constellation.
