We had a nice dinner meeting last night at the Golden Corral on Elmore in Davenport.

We talked about our 4 new members we took in this month, and donations of $75 and another of $1000 made by private parties to go towards our observatory relocation project.

We are receiving a donation of some astronomy gear and books this week… we arent sure what all is included yet

We talked about additional grants we could apply for and different projects and research that the club could participate in in order to help grantors see what we do…

The concrete contractor ran into some time delays, so it will be another 10 days minimum before he can start with the dome foundation.
