Hi all,

We decided that it was too impractical and risky to try to keep the ladder and tube/focuser/eyepieces cleaned and safe on the 20″ and monitor access and mask wearing in the roll off building to hold public activities. 

Also, since we don’t have internet on sight, a virtual open is also not practical.

So, until further notice, public events at Jens-Wendt will be postponed.

On the other hand, Menke Observatory opens will be held, however, these will be virtual meetings. The next Menke event is Saturday, June 27th. Watch our website, face book pages and emails for the link!
